2. Subscription & Pricing

2.1 How much does it cost to subscribe?

Our subscription starts at RM9.90 per month, providing unlimited access to our exclusive content.

2.2 How can I subscribe?

You can subscribe through our iOS app, Android app (Google Play), or our web platform.
With one account for all platforms, just:

  1. Create an account
  2. Choose a subscription plan
  3. Complete payment using a secure payment gateway

2.3 Is there a free trial?

At this time, we do not offer a free trial, but we may introduce special promotions in the future.

2.4 Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Please note that refunds are not available for any active or partially-used subscription period.

If you subscribed using in-app purchases (IAP) on Apple or Google Play, all cancellations and refund requests must be handled directly through Apple or Google, as we cannot process them on our side.

Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3.1 Where can I watch APHD Channel?

Currently, APHD Channel is available on:

  • Web platform 

3.2 Can I watch APHD Channel on a Smart TV?

Not directly, but you can still watch on your TV using our built-in TV Cast feature.
Just cast or mirror from your mobile app to any compatible Smart TV.


4. Account & Technical Issues

4.1 I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page, and follow the instructions to reset your password via email.

4.2 Why is my video buffering?

Buffering issues can occur due to slow internet speed. Try the following:

  • Ensure your internet speed is at least 5 Mbps for smooth streaming.
  • Close other apps or devices using bandwidth.
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router.

4.3 How do I change my subscription plan?

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription through your account settings. Any changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.

4.4 Can I share my account?

Your subscription is for personal use only. You may use one account on up to two devices, but sharing your login credentials with others is not allowed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

5.3 How do I get a receipt for my payment?

Receipts are automatically emailed to you after a successful transaction. You can also access your billing history in your account settings.

6.1 Is my personal information safe?

Yes, we take data privacy seriously. Your personal information is encrypted and protected, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

6.2 How do I delete my account?

To permanently delete your account, contact info@aphd.app. Keep in mind that deleting your account will erase all subscription history, preferences, and content access.
